Integrated massage is therapeutic massage combining Swedish techniques with the addition of acupressure, shiatsu, reflexology of the hands and feet, and reiki. Massage includes manipulation of tissues using moderate to deep pressure as well as pausing on points for various healing benefits. For more information please see our instagram page. Aromatherapy is included in appointment unless requested otherwise.
